At Rideau Optometric if you are not satisfied with your purchase and need to return it, we're here to help.

Returns Policy: 

To return an item, please call our office. We cannot accept any returns without a valid purchase receipt. We cannot accept any returns or exchanges for over the counter or cosmetic products. Shipping fees are not refundable. The customer will pay for freight on all non-defective item(s).

Contact lenses may be exchanged within 365 days of purchase provided they are unopened, unmarked, undamaged, unexpired, and in original condition with packaging; conditions apply. Such exchanges will receive a credit, excluding any shipping charges.

The following lenses are non-exchangeable because they are custom made to order by the manufacturer:
